Desperado/Diablo at Badlands Golf Club

The Desperado and Diablo nines are the best of desert golf, while the Outlaw nine was pleasant though less demanding. A wonderfully scenic golf experience.I will definitely be back!

I have played highly competitive golf, so I am accustom to every condition course. Knowing that it's late summer in Las Vegas, the condition of course suffer. I thought the course was in fairly good condition for the time of season. The course is fairly challenging for the average player. One thought, being hot, it would be beneficial for the course to have greater accessibility to water stations. Additionally, only saw the cart service twice in 4 plus hours. Also, the greens; although they looked good from a distance, are in distress due to the lack of players fixing ball marks. This is a shame, because that is probably why they keep the greens slower. This course would be top touch if the greens were much faster! Overall, a decent Las Vegas golf experience. Perhaps the facility staff can come up with some incentive to provide a rigorous program in fixing ball marks on the greens!

The course was in an excellent condition! Outstanding staff and customer service. A must course to play when your in Las Vegas!

The staff was very friendly, my tee time was for 10:50 and I arrived early. The range was down for repair, so they sent me right off and paired me up. Though it was summer and hot, the course was in marvelous condition, and when I asked what it would take to play the 3rd nine, I was told to go right out, it was wide open, sweet. Indeed it was, and I finished in just under 50 minutes, they were generously rewarded for their hospitality! I'll be back!

I can alternate play from different tees and obtain some significant variations in required carries and directions of the required carry.

Played the course a few years ago and finally had the chance to go back. Love the course it was in excellent shape, staff are friendly and helpful. We played it again 6 days later and the staff remembered us.

Played all 3 nines, bring lots of balls if you slice, but that's part of the fun.

Also, my 13 year old son beat me for the first time, so he loves the course!

Great course extremely challenging to bad its closing.

Though it was very hot the course was in great shape. We played from championship tees and found the course challanging. Fairways were well groomed and greens were in good shape even with the high temps. Along with the course being an enjoyable experience the vistas from every tee box were a plus. Staff was great. We played 2 days in a row and when we headed back to New England we all agreed that we would love to go back to play there again.

Great challenging course. Super friendly staff! Better than expectations. Loved the day I shot 82 my partner shot 77 from the blues! Great day

played desperado and outlaw ,played much better on outlaw could of been because I was warmed up. only course issues were the bunkers little sand on clay lined bunkers

hate to write bad reviews but this was the worst out of all golf now deals ive had. had better times at executive courses.

A lot of fun. Played 2 of the 3 courses. ( club has 3 nine holes. ) Desperado was the first played. I thought the fairways were wider then I was told and were in great shape. Could use driver more then I thought. Second course was Diablo, a much tighter layout. ( leave driver in bag on this one. ) not as wide as other, but fun. More target golf on this one. Really thought the course was fun and worth it.

I liked the beginning holes, but late in the front nine the holes got very difficult.
I really think they would do well with putting in a picture of the holes. If I didn't have a "Golf APP", I would have been dead!

The greens were in excellent condition and the staff was very friendly especially the guys that work in cartbarn.

Had a long weekend in Vegas and looked around for some places to play. The name of the course caught my attention along with the price; so I thought I would give it a try. Glad I did, it was a fun and challenging course. Definitely worth the price of admission. Conditions were surprisingly good for the middle of a hot/dry summer. The only downfall was one of the guys I was paired up with was a club thrower. Course isn't for the faint hearted. If you can't handle the heat, stay away from Badlands.

I found the cart personnel uncaring and yes, even rude. Cart was dirty, no ice, no tees. When I asked for ice he said go get it in the restaurant - they were out. He took water bottles out of another used cart- thank goodness they were sealed.
Still a great value for the money - and hey, I was playing golf!

Can be a tricky course. Lots of iron use. Not too many holes your can pull out the big dog. Fun course though. There were more divots on the greens than I liked but the rest of the course was green.

loved the lay out, loved the conditions, staff was nice, beverage girl came around 3 times on a Tuesday which was a pleasant surprise. I will defiantly go back.
