Beaverstown Golf Club

Donabate, County Dublin | 18 holes | Woodland | Par: 72 | 5972 yards

Beaverstown Golf Club sits along the shores of Rogerstown Estuary, enjoying a verdant landscape sprinkled with six lakes and 36 acres of mature apple trees that were leftover from the fruit farm that used to occupy the grounds. The course is especially scenic during May when the apple trees are blooming. The orchards were incorporated along the fairways and greens and the natural water features come into play on twelve holes. There are also strategically placed bunkers throughout to add to the existing natural challenges. The signature hole of the golf course is the par-4 14th. There is a menacing stream that can only be crossed with a well-hit drive. Further accuracy is needed to avoid the towering ash tree that sits at the center of the fairway and the groves of trees that surround the green on three sides. High handicappers have the possibility of earing a net birdie. Beaverstown Golf Club's sand-based greens and well drained fairways guarantee play all year.
